NEEDS

• 1 - MLE DAY Shift Supervisor;
• Wednesday 1 pm - 7 pm, and Thursday - Saturday 7 am - 7 pm

PAY: $18.50 - $25.74/hr., $1.25/hr. for ML campus differential

Eligible for 401K with a 7% Match

Position Summary

Shift Supervisor, this is a full-time, nonexempt position who will in coordination with the Administrator or delegate, will manage the daily workflow of our Caregivers at assigned campuses. The ideal candidate should have experience scheduling, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance. You must possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. The Supervisor will be excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team members and is highly motivated to help our company fulfill its broader mission. The successful candidate will be people-centered, supportive, and flexible to get the most out of his/her team. You should also be a natural leader that focuses on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results.

Required Qualification

• Must be employed by Gateway/McKenzie Adult Residential Care for 6 or more months
• Be up to date on all training requirements, including First Aid and Food Handlers
• Fewer than two unexcused absences in the last 90 days (excluding PTO or protected time off)
• Minimum of six months as a C-II or above at Gateway Adult Residential Care or one year as a previous medication passer at a residential care facility
• Basic computer skills
• Complete Supervisor Training within a year of hire
• Attend and interact in the monthly Supervisor training
• Successfully pass a background check

Education and Experience Preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six or more months of Supervisory experience
• At least one year's experience in working in an Adult Residential Care facility or a facility serving persons with Mental Health, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Memory Care and/or other disorders.
